Well if you have read my blogs on ingredients then you already know that A Clean Cigarette brand electronic cigarettes contain 4-5 ingredients (to read about those Click HERE) and it’s pretty much common knowledge that the more ingredients a substance has the more likely it is to be not good for the human body. It’s for this reason that many of us Mom’s out there are constantly comparing brands of food and household items to find options that have fewer ingredients vs options that have a ton of possibly harmful ingredients.
Take Apple Juice, as a mom I want apple juice labels that have 2 ingredients only, Apples and water. If I turn over a bottle of apple juice and it has 16 ingredients 4 of which I can not even pronounce, I look for a different brand. And if I can not find a brand with just those ingredients at a particular store, I myself start looking at orange juice as an alternative for my family.
Alright so the number of ingredients is important, but where am I going here right? It’s full of protein and has some great benefits, it also has 7 ingredients, so it qualifies to be on the list of items that has more ingredients then A Clean Cigarette brand electronic cigarettes.

Holy wow, this item tops our list with 21 ingredients!! That’s a lot of stuff in the mix! It’s also an FDA approved product that we put into our bodies on a regular basis. So is this stuff bad for us? Well, that depends on who you ask, either way though, 21 is far more than the 4-5 ingredients that can be found in an A Clean Cigarette brand electronic cigarette, so it makes the cut for our fun little list.
Alright, so I could go on for days and still have items to list. Literally. In the name of keeping you guys from revolting against my sometimes too long-winded blogs, however, I will limit it to just these ones.
