Happy Wednesday everyone. It’s Dawn here and this month is a little different for the A Clean Cigarette blog and myself in particular. You see this month due to some rather serious health issues I have ran into, I am doing my blogging from Saratoga Springs, New York. I have been very blessed to have this opportunity.
The goal this month is to get myself in the best health possible before I start my upcoming medical journey. There is simply no better place to do that then beautiful Saratoga Springs. The natural healing and health properties reported in the waters around this town are amazing. I will be doing a full write up on this experience very soon. Stay tuned for what I hope to be a complete and simply informative blog on all the process of health and wellness in Saratoga Springs.
As you can imagine health and wellness are heavy on my mind right now; so I think it is only logical that we do a health and wellness blog today. The first thing they tell you when you get to Saratoga is to evaluate your nutrition. Are you eating a diet heavy in fruits and vegetables? Or are you eating a diet heavy in processed foods? Basically does your apple juice ingredient list look like a dictionary spewed $5 dollar words all over it, or does that apple juice just contain apples and water?
It’s fairly common knowledge that the less ingredients found in anything you put into your body, the better it tends to be for you. Your best bet will be the smallest ingredients list possible. Take for instance Burning tobacco vs A Clean Cigarette brand electronic cigarettes.

Be prepared, this list is crazy long. I apologize ahead of time for the shear number of words you are going to have to sort through here.
WOW. Ya I think it may have been easier to list what is NOT in a burning tobacco cigarette. Good grief and to think that due to the fact that all of these ingredients are lit on fire they produce thousands of chemicals and chemical reactions. According to the CDC there is no single part of your body not effected by a burning tobacco cigarette. Each puff can give off somewhere between 4000 and 7000 chemicals. That’s Mind = Blown stuff right there.
So there you have it, if we just compare apples to apples, or ingredient list to ingredient list as the case may be, it’s easy to see which of these 2 products does not pass the “keep the list short” idea behind wellness.
That being said, are electronic cigarettes good for you? NO, Nothing you inhale is good for you besides clean air. (which can be rather hard to find nowadays) However if you like me have a nicotine addiction, and are in no position to do the best thing, which is just quit cold turkey, then maybe switching delivery systems is the best way to go. It’s pretty obvious to nearly every one that the burning tobacco nicotine delivery system is killing us.
